Attention parents, grandparents, teachers, Sunday school teachers, and anyone who has or works with children! Pilgrimage Christian Center (AKA Cedar Springs Camp) is again offering our FREE day camp. Registration is required. Check-in and check-out when arriving and leaving.

This is held Mondays in June, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Camp Details

Due to lack of volunteer staff, there will be limited programing. Parents will be responsible for supervision of their children. This will NOT be a drop-the-kids-off event! We will patrol the grounds to be of assistance as needed and maintain safety for all.

Activities may include, but are not limited to: fishing, boating, crafts, hiking, water activities, mini-golf, frisbee golf, sandbox, wading. Some of the teenagers we are training will be around and may organize some activities as well. Please bring footwear appropriate for rocky terrain, especially for creek wading.

While we have limited snack items for sale everyday, you will need to bring food for lunch. We do NOT have refrigerator space this year, but a microwave IS available.

8:30-9:00 Check-in/registration

9:15 Welcome, announcements, prayer

9:30 Dry activities (fishing, boating, mini-golf, frisbee golf, etc.)

11:00 Group activity

11:30 Lunch (bring your own)

12:00 Water activities (wading pool [for small children], limited creek wading, etc.)

1:00-2:00 Check-out and leave.

Please complete this form for all children in the family who will be attending. If you have more children than will fit on this form, fill it out, submit it, and then fill out another form for the remaining children.

You will be required to sign this release form and receive a name badge before entering the camp. All people arriving at Pilgrimage must check in upon arrival and check out upon departure. Please wear your name badge at all times during your stay and leave it when you leave, so we can keep track of who is on campus. Adults are responsible for the supervision of any children they bring.

I am the parent or legal guardian of the above named child or children, and am informed of the activities offered by Pilgrimage Christian Concepts Center located at 1002 Lower Guntharp, Ravenden Springs, AR. I hereby consent for my child/children to attend and participate in all activities provided by this camp (except as noted above), and for their likeness to be used in promotional information including internet.

In the event of a medical emergency I hereby give permission for a hospital/doctor to treat my child. I consent to any x-ray examination, anesthetic, medical, or surgical diagnosis or treatment and hospital care under the general or special supervision and upon the advice of or to be rendered by a physician and surgeon licensed under the Medical Practice Act for my child. This authority also extends to any x-ray examination, anesthetic, dental, or surgical diagnosis or treatment and hospital care by a dentist licensed under the Dental Practice Act for my child. I further agree to pay all charges for the dental, medical, or hospital care or treatment.

As a parent or legal guardian of this child, I am responsible for the health care decision of this child and am authorized to consent to the services to be rendered. I represent that my consent to and agreement to pay for the dental, medical, or hospital care or treatment to be rendered to this child is legally sufficient and that no consent from any other person is required by law.

I understand that I and anyone I bring are guests of Pilgrimage Christian Center and will respect the volunteers and other representatives of Pilgrimage. Failure to do so may result in being asked to leave.
